Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

Who we are

Tremora Health builds clinical software for monitoring tremor in Parkinson's disease and essential tremor. This policy covers tremora.health and our product demonstration.

What this policy covers, and what it does not

This is a website privacy policy. It describes what we collect from visitors to our website and users of our demonstration.

It's not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, because we do not currently hold protected health information. If that changes, we will publish a separate notice and update this page.

The demonstration contains no patient data

Our product demonstration contains only synthetic data. The patient names, records, and measurements in it are generated. No real patient information exists in the demonstration, and none has ever been entered into it.

What we collect from website visitors

Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of visit. These are used to understand site usage and maintain security.

We do not use third-party analytics. This site loads no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers.

What we collect when you contact us

If you email us or submit a form, we receive whatever you send: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use it to respond to you.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The product demonstration sets only the session cookies necessary for it to function. No third-party cookies are set on either.

Where data is stored

Our infrastructure is hosted on Supabase and Vercel. Data is stored in the United States.

How long we keep things

Server logs are held by our hosting providers under their standard retention windows; we do not keep separate copies. Correspondence is retained as long as needed to respond and for our records.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tremora.health.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We will honour requests under those laws.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. If the change is significant, particularly if we begin handling patient information, we will say so clearly.
