What these terms cover

These terms apply to tremora.health and our product demonstration. By using either, you agree to them.

What Tremora is

Tremora Health builds clinical decision-support software for monitoring tremor in Parkinson's disease and essential tremor.

What Tremora is not

Tremora is not a medical device and is not cleared or approved by the FDA.

Tremora does not diagnose any condition. It does not recommend, direct, or determine treatment.

The Tremora Severity Index is an estimate derived from movement data. It's not a clinical assessment and it has not been validated against any established clinical rating scale.

Nothing on this site or in the demonstration is medical advice. If you have a medical question, ask a qualified clinician.

The demonstration

The demonstration contains synthetic data only. It's provided for illustration. Nothing in it describes a real person and no value in it should be interpreted as a real measurement.

The demonstration is provided as-is. We may change it, restrict access to it, or take it down at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the service, or use it in any way that's unlawful.

Intellectual property

The software, its design, its documentation and the content of this site are owned by Tremora Health. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission.

No warranty

The site and the demonstration are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that they will be available, accurate, or free from error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tremora Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the demonstration.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
