Tremora Sense

Continuous tremor and dose timing from the wrist.

Wrist wearable for Parkinson's and essential tremor. Records on-device movement features and medication button events for later ingest.

01: Capture

Continuous movement and dose timing from the wrist.

Sense records daytime motion and one-button dose marks. Output is a local time series of movement features with medication events for later ingest.

02: Signal

Tremor bands are separated from ordinary motion.

Frequency-domain analysis isolates tremor-band energy from voluntary motion. Parkinsonian rest tremor is typically near 4-6 Hz; essential tremor usually sits higher. Both map to the Tremora Severity Index.

03: Into the platform

Session rows feed the same clinic views as other sources.

After ingest, Sense becomes the shared session row used by summary, response-curve, and trend views. Provenance marks identify device-sourced values. Other movement sources use the same ingest path.

04: Status

Research prototype, not a cleared medical device.

Sense is under development. Intended use: continuous wrist-based tremor features and dose timing. Clinical validation is required before use in care decisions.
